Bar Spoon Hoffman 45cm – Black

This spoon is particulary used in creating classic cocktails that are made using mixing glass. Its end fits in narrow places and easily riches the bottom ice cubes that need to be handled. Very convenient when making cocktails using various powders (activated charcoals, molecular bartending or spices as ingredients etc.) as little flat tongue in the end of the spoon can also be used as measure.

Special care to be taken when cleaning this item. Do not clean it in washing machine as the chemicals used in the machine may damage the surface of the item. Wash in warm soapy water with soft sponge and dry in soft dry clothes. For better care store separately from other tools to avoid scratches or store rubbed in soft dry cloth.
